Info: This model, written by Dr. Steve Vavrus, integrates a simple form of the surface energy equation to generate average monthly latidinal temperatures for an assumed hemispherically symmetric Earth.
Info: The zip file includes downscaled CCSM3 paleoclimate simulations for North America for every 1000 years from 21,000 years ago to the present.
They represent the paleoclimate simulations used in
Veloz et al., 2012 and
Blois et al., 2012.
