Climate Modeling
The CCR Climate Modeling Pages have been relocated.
Data Visualization allows users to create plots of GCM data, calculate area averages, run a simple Energy Balance Climate Model, and download GCM data.
Data Processing has scripts to process GCM output (including GrADS, NCL, and NCO) and links to UNIX help including a VI editor how-to and a UNIX guide.
Experiment Descriptions contains information about CCR climate simulations, including experiment descriptions (boundary condition tables), paleoclimatic parameters, variable descriptions, and area averages for key variables (temperature, preciptiation, precipitation-evaporation, sea level pressure) for select experiments (model standard area tables).
